Because the grown ups always tell him what to do.
2.) Why does Lewis think about running away when people offer to help him?
He thinks about running away because he sick of people treating him like a nobody.

He wishes for people not to tell him how he felt because it was not anyone's business.

Lewis is bored of the fish his parents gave him because there parents chose the fish instead of him choosing the fish.

She reminds Lewis because she has to tell him to eat healthy. And she gives Lewis genial riminders in life.

Lewis is able to write a letter because Lewis like mr. Maduraga.
10.) Why does the story end with Lewis telling his parents, “I’ll get bigger,” and Miss Fitchlow agreeing with him? (p. 140)
The story ends with Lewis saying I'll get bigger because he wants to grow into it and he'll get better.
